Not attending the Complain

Dear Sir,

I had purchase a Electrolux Refrigerator on 01.10.2005.

I had lodge a call on 12-13 days back and problem not being sorted till date. Call no 6k0020808160003 (contact no 9830722181).

For your information service centre claiming Rs.1600 for repair purpose of compresure which is under warrenty and that also happned 8-9 days a ago.
