Extremely poor service and no response!

I had bought an Electrolux Split A/C on 12th may. This is still under warranty period. It was used only on summer days last year, now this year i swithed on my A/C cooling effect is not effective,

i had informed to my dealer they come and checked, and they told me problem with indoor unit and we r not authorised to do service because which is under warrenty,

So, i registerd a complaint on 24th apr 09 (three times), the service engr called me, i will come on next day, till now nobody has come. i have been ringing up daily he is telling tomorrow, like that.

i Would like to advise earnest citizens not to go for an Electrolux product if the need arises!
