Sir/Madam

We have been facing a problem with our Elertrolux-Kelvinator Ozone refrigerator from the past few days. Deep fridge section of my refrigerator is working properly but the other half is not working at all, i.e. no cooling at all in the fridge section. I complained at the customer care number around 15 days back and a service man also came from their side but as he was not having the required part that time, he asked us to get that part and said he would come and replace that part. Since then we have been calling that person and he replies that i'll be coming today, tomorrow... the same reply everyday. But still that man hasn't appeared. After getting so much bothered we again complained two days back and this time another man came and said i'd not work on this refrigerator as it is a Electrolux product and he was a service man from Kelvinator. What the nonsense was that??? If Electrolux Kelvinator is one company now then why couldn't he work on our product.??? and even if our refrigerator is a Electrolux Kelvinator product, then why???

After taking too much trouble, dialing the customer service number 20 times a day we get connected, and still not getting the proper response and service. Till date my refrigerator is in a non working condition.
