Electrolux kelvinator Ref.220 Alpha
Service centre not doing service properly

Dear Sir,

We are purchase 1 Ref. Electrolux Kelvinator 220 Alpha. Before 4 months our Ref. Compresure is not in working condition, so we change compresure from Your service centre (System Electronics & Refrigeration, 352, near manoranjan, shopping centre, kota, Raj.). We have purchased new compressor on 29.05.09 from System Electronics & Refrigeration but 10 days back it got malfunctioned/not working, .

Your service centre has refused to repair at free of cost, whereas compressor is in warranty period.

You are requested to take appropriate action.;
