Cooling Problem

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one refregartor on 4.11.2007. But nor there is cooling problem. Five years warrenty was also given for the compressure. One trechnician said that the compressure in refregerator is substandard quality is fixed. Even though in the warrenty period your technical people are asking Rs.1500/- repair charges. I shall be obliged i you would kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
