Dear sir
I had bought an Electrolux double door refrigerator in September I bought a new refrigerator Model-245ERP (F-silver) dated 13 Sep 2007 and I am so surprised to see my refrigerator's internal body liner cracking with in 10 months. A complaint was registered with the Electrolux service center (01139404040) on 28th July. The service engineer from Electrolux turned up on 01 Aug and said the refrigerator will be replaced.
I have called at least 10 times, calls made to various people including senior service executives (Mr. Radhey Shyam Yadav and Devinder Saurt) but no body responded. After 2 weeks of delay from 28th July I was told that my new refrigerator has been sectioned by competent authority and will get replacement with in 7-10 days. It has been almost a month since this happened. No one has taken the responsibility to even call me up and inform on the status.
Even though when I asked to give the email ID/mobile no. of the Electrolux co. it was great shocked to me when call center person refused me to provide any Mobile number of the senior responsible person of the co. I made several call to Mr. Yadav but his phone was never responding.. No one here to resolve my problem. Whenever I call at call center he always said that since it is a disputed case so your complain has been already forward to senior and action is being taken. Now I am realising that I did a mistake to buy a new Electrolux refrigerater.
