I had purchased one 275ltr luxury Electrolux refrigerator from m/s Meenakshi Electronics vide bill no.482 dt.20/6/04.In July 07it started giving problemas much as the fridge will stop coolig after every 30 minutes or so and remain hibernated for hours. A complaint was lodged vide sl.no.70730339 and the local service centre m/s VOLCARE ENTERPRISES, Vikaspuri changed the DEFROST TIMER on31/7/07 after charging RS.1480/-. The same problem cropped again vide sl.no.70916179dt20/9/07 and the same was set right. The same problem surfaced again accordingly acompaint vide s.n.71214109dt.29/12/07 was lodged. The engineer from the same service centre visited and asked to pay for the parts and the cost of repairing. In this regard I contacted Mr. SANJAY jETLI who is i/c of the service centre in Delhi, told that it will be good for me to pay the charges as asked for. Mr. ANIL SHEKHAWAT who holds senior position didnot attend my call. I tried to contact the company through their website but couldnot suceed.
