I registered the complaint with customer service at Palakkad District Kerala Regarding the mall functioning of the Mechine in Jun. The technician who was sent to the house was unable to fully diagnose the problem. We were informed that in case the problem reoccurs inform him and he gave the contact No.By then the trouble reoccurred the technician left the company. I re-registered the compliant with customer care. The technician sent to the house was unable to diagnose the problem again. The PCB was taken, kept for three week and not yet returned. When contacted the PCB has to replaced and I have to bear the cost of the PCB was the replay. The problems occurred during the warranty period and the customer care at Palakkad was unable to diagnose it in time.

How can Electrolux have such a service agency that is neither technically competent nor professional in its job and customer care. I had a good faith in the Electrolux Products.
