Taken money and no service given

I have given a request for servicing of my AC to the call center no. on 27th March. the engineer visited my place on 28th and done the same. as there was a pover cut we were not able to check whether the AC was working properly or not. the engineer convinced me to pay RS. 350 as a service charge and told that the AC will be working properly and in case there is some problem i can call him and he will visit me to rectify the same. as soon as the power came we checked the AC and it was not working properly. after that when we called the engineer he didnt turn up and again i had called the call center and informed them about this. then the engineer visited us and checked the AC and told there is a part to be replace and will be getting the same in 2 days. still 5 days are passed and i have called the call cernter and the engineer directly more than 100 times and have still not got proper response from them. they have my money and is still not giving proper service... infact now when i call them they start speaking in telugu as they know being a sikh i will not be able to understand and will have to disconnect the call. my complaint ref no are: HYD3003100340, HYD2703100029.
