I purchased a washing machine Electrolux W.M. Classic 7-2 Sl. No. 81902339 (PNC-913001106) on dated 20.07.2008. The problem of water leakage occured on 30.07.2008 i.e. only after 10 days. I lodged a complaint to authorised company workshop. They have repaired 4 times since then.
I am very sorry to inform you that leakage of water from washing tub through drain pipe is still facing by me at the time of washing the cloths.
You are therefore requested to please take necessary step to solve my problem at earliest.
