2- poly bundle missing

Dear sir,

3 Poly bundle booked in sivakasi to chennai (AMBATTUR ESTATE) on20.12.11 But 22.12.11 we enquired for delivery but they are telling 1 polybundle received 2 bundle missing so you please ask sivakasi branch .we enquired sivakasi branch there is no response till 24.12.11 at3.30pm we are unable to trace.please solve this problem.
