Dear Sir,
I have booked my HDPE POLY Bundle in luggage from Karur to Tirur (Kerala) on 19.08.09, Receipt no. 411947, till now i didn't receive my parcel. While giving complaint to the station masters (both Karur and Tirur) they ask to report this to southern railway claim officer. Please take necessary action against this matter and do the needful.
