I am not getting proper responce and am delayed for termination

Eventhough after several phone calls done for the request at the only contact number that i have and escalated to Regional Head office (below attached mail), I am not getting any responce from the company nor the agency.

Would i get any sort of help from this forum, I am mentally tired of followup and exausted.
