Appointment letter received

I have received a request from Petro Recruitment Inc and after sending my CV they have sent me an offer letter. This is simply impossible to have a offer letter without talking to anyone in the company.

I beleive there is a high probability of fradulent processing and need to be investigated to avoid any mishaps to the job seeking people.
