NO NET WORK IN MOBILE SHOP

Dear sir,

So many times we try to tell this in your call center, but till today we have nt got any proper responce, finaly iwe thought to write here,

Am running a Mobile Store where Located in Tallur (Kundapur Talluk Udupi Distic.) am selling Airtel connections and Recharge for your ref the demo number is 9980088592. Am not able to recgarge and activate the sim card due to no network in my store for every recharge am going out and doing the recharge.

Please understand our problems and make the issue resolve as soon as possible, becouse we need your service very needfully oterwise your company will loss huge customers becoze now are days other service providers are strong, even BSNL is bringing there own LAND LINE connections as well REIANCE HELLOw..

Please concern this as mager issue and resolve it,
