Empire hotel bangalore which is present since 1966 prides itself to provide best quality Non-Veg food. Infact ask any bangalorean and they will be all gaga about empire. Knowing the tradion i tried it out my first experince was really good.
Its my second experince which has left me with bad taste and upset stomach. the food served especially the chicken was raw from inside. in the times when bird flu and hit any place such unraw cooked meat leaves door for disease to spread among humans. presenting such a food by well know restaurant which is famous for its quality is shocking.
