To update salary

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, hereby the undersigned wrote a complain to update my salary for (10/09 to 17/12) on 20/12, but till now no action has been taken. My concern sales manager, Lakshmi Menon told me that I will receive my salary within 10 days through courier on 24/12. But till now I didn't get any information about it. I will wait till 10/01 but if I didn't receive my salary in cheques or in DD then I will see those related persons in the court.
