Non-receipt of EPF withdrawal amount

I applied for withdrawal of my EPF amount (MH/BAN/45665/38407, group no -53) in Oct-nov' 2008 and haven't received the same as yet. Have sent couple of faxes (the first on 30th September, FAX No: 022-26470031)

What's the point in having the money deposited in EPF if we can't get the same in 2 years?
