Application is not being processed

Respected Sir,

I had a very tricky situation and I dont know how to proceed. Here is the story.

I had worked with Anand Bazaar Patrika (ABP) in Delhi (Based in KOLKATA) from Jan to September. Then I joined Compare Infobase Limited, New Delhi from September to November.

I had asked Compare Infobase Limited to get transfer the amount which is around Rs 12000 from EPF A/c No. WB/1268/5959 into my compare EPF account (DL/23459/1123). But the company provided them then wrong EPF A/c No. DL/23459/1185 and the funds got transferred to this account.

When I inquired my company about the status of the transfer they said the amount has been transferred to wrong account. Now the company has submitted another application for the rectification of the transferred amount to EPFO kolkata on 05 Feb.

Since then I have not received any status of the application of whether the amount get transferred to the correct account or not. I am still waiting for the Rs 12000 to get transferred to DL/23459/1123 so that I shall withdraw the complate amount of 12000 50000.

Please help me in this regard or show me the way to approach the correct method.
