Sub: Discrepancy in amount received vis-à-vis actual amount due

Dear Sir,

Thanks at the outset for transferring an amount of Rs.67, 448 & Rs.6, 630 on 20/05 to my ICICI Bank account No: 103201000362, in lieu of claim submitted by me towards withdrawal of my PF amount lying in my PF A/c No: HR/28193/6.

However, please note that there is a discrepancy in the amount.

I had received a letter from Shimla PF Office vide letter No: 11650/2749/9283 Dt: 31.12. wherein, it was stated that all amounts lying in my earlier PF A/c No: HP/11650/2749 had been transferred to the above mentioned PF A/c No: HR/28193/6.

If this is true then, please note that the amount transferred to HR/28193/6 should be as per the following details which are mentioned in the below mentioned Annexure K:

I am attaching the 03 Annexure K that have been sent to me from PF office, as per the above details.

I am also attaching the month wise PF deduction details in an excel sheet, as I have all the salary slips since July 1993.

As per the above details, even if I consider only the employees share, I am entitled to get Rs.239, 261, while the amount sent to my bank account is Rs.74, 078 only. Please do the needful to send the balance amount of Rs.165, 183 to the above mentioned bank account and oblige.

Also please let me know the status of the amount lying in lieu of the Employers share which amounts to Rs.117, 296 – how to get this amount

Anticipating your co-operation in enabling me to get my legitimate dues from PF office. I am badly in need of this money due to some personal exigency.
