My PF amount and status of withdrawal

I had worked a pharma company from November to November. My name PF account no. is MH/24092/326, I had applied for my Provident Fund in the month July.

Kindly let me know, status of my application for withdrawal and how much amount (money), I will be getting after settlement my pf account.
