Many of my EMS parcels were lost (around 1/5 of all parcels), and then 30% are not registered for tracking on the website (indiapost.gov.in). Service is terrible - nobody answers official email addresses, some pages on the website don't work, phone support basically gives you the same information as in online tracking.
In sum, EMS Speed Post in India is very unreliable with poor service. Avoid if you can!!
