Dear Sirs,

I was very much surprised that Alerts aytomatically got activated on my mobile and till now RS 60 is deducted from my account

Pl inform how this is done and refund for this RS 60

Even for my company mobile having the No 990 990 7854, Alerts has caused the deduction of Rs 350 from my salary.

who will bare this charges???
