Did not receive 1 order that was booked on 22nd of June and second order does not allow to claim gifts

Sir,

I have send a lot of e-mails to your team on [email protected] explaining them whats the problem but they just reply with the same script refusing to understand what content is in the mail.

I have send them the order number and the date when it was booked (22nd of June) and they replied that it was dispatched but i did not receive so they will dispatch it again and i have still not received it. Can you please check the date it is more than 40 days.

The other order was placed after the 1st one and i received a duplicate reebok sun glases and when i checked the website for gifts it seemed that the invoice had less information.

So i had to call the customer service who took 18 minutes to understand what i wanted and then they guide me to a website and they then provided with a unique number which was incomplete in the invoice. And here i was informed that to claim your free gifts you ned to pay more money and send the documents to some address as a normal post and it was specifically written no registered post.

But you cannot download the form that you have top send and then you cannot visit the same website second time.

So after paying you for the product you promise a free gift and when the time comes to claim the gifts you and your customer service guide in the wrong direction and need more money, good bussines tacts.

I have send e-mails regularly to your [email protected] but its just a timepas for them and they are trained to reply all bullshit.

Can i know if you are really interested in giving free gifts or it's a fake promise for sales.

And also if you cannot send me my order can you please revert the charges.

Can i know if this is going to be taken care of or i have to keep on sending e-mails and posting these complaints.

I paid Indiatoday for 2 orders and i feel i have invited problems for myself.
