Error "Unable to Send Message"

Whenever i m trying to send the message from my vodafone, i got the error that "Unable to Send Message in Outbox try Later"

I had already changed or set the message centre number but then also i can not find any solution so what i can do...

i can not send the message from my Vodafone SIM...

i m using Motorola L6 Handset...
