EON Infotech Ltd. EPF not withdraw my EPF Amount

Regarding withdraw amount from PF Account.

My EON Infotech Ltd. C-180 Industrial Area Phase 8B (Sector 74) Mohali, PF Account number was PBCH29053134. I submit my PF Form twice but My form rejected both time. I left the EON in July. I applied for Feb for withdraw my amount. after One and Half year my PF withdrawn status is none...

Kindly let me know the status on this...
