This is to bring to your notice that my PF has not been settled as of

now, even after two years of submission of relevant papers.

I had been working with P&G for 18years, Date of Leaving the

organisation is 04-SEP and P& G has filed the relevant papers

immediately.

Attached is my file submitted by P&G for closer of my PF a/c.
