Dear Sir/Madam,

I've applied for my PF transfer from my previous employer's PF A/C No. MH/BAN/45665/34346 to my current employer's PF A/c No.: AP/HY/32831/37784 through EPFO, Bandra Mumbai Office dated 24th July vide POD No #12129611502, through Blue Dart Courier. Though it's been more than 6 months but I am yet to receive my amount.
