EPS NOT RECIEVED

Dear Sir

I am the ex employee of ICICI bank ltd. where my company had submitted the my EPS claim the EPFO office - Bandra in the month of January. My EPS no is MH/18796/64810 but still i have not recieved any credit in my accounts . kindly look into the matter.
