Application of Provident Fund Refund Not Processed

My application for withdrawal of my Provident Fund (Account number HR/GGN/26353/674) has not been processed yet. The necessary formalities (submission of form 10 and 19C) have been fulfilled by previous organisation 'Copal Research India Pvt Ltd' (5th Floor, Vatika Atrium, DLF Golf Course Road, Sec 53, Gurgaon) in the month of October. However, I am yet to recieve my provident fund. In addition, the EPF website does not acknowledge the receipt of my application.
