I have given request to deactivate my personal postpaid numb our on 8-oct-09 with complete settlement on the same day . i got the receipt also for that. After some time, i got the call from airtel customer care and they said, we'll give prepaid connection for the same number with rs 50 talk time during the activation time. and today i received the prepaid number and they said i need to pay rs 114.

I have clearly said to one gentlemen in alwarpet air tel showroom that pls deduct complete amount for the number and disconnect the number than they said ok.
