Dear Sir,

I am Probir Roy and purchased a Mobile Hand set SAMSUNG C160 Black from your outlet THE MOBILESTORE at

Manimajra SCO - 828, NAC Manimajra, Chandigarh Tel. No. 4617363

dated 13.01.08 and Invoice No HR/01098/00001/6673, when shown me the sealed handset packet from your counter I found that Packet is minor Damaged and Sealed the Packet with 6 - 8 Samsung Sticker. I have requested your Sales Associate Ms. Meena Sharma please change the Packet & she refused to change and started arguments. then she opened the packet on her own interest saying Instrument is OK and found Mobile Handset is old (unpacked condition) & used set. Repedetly I requested to change the packet because I have a dought and I want with single sticker SEALD Packed only

Finally your Sales incharge refused to change the set and forcibly handed over the Old & Used hand set to me.

I have raised all the points when shown me the defected Packet

you are requested kindly do the needful as earliest as possible
