Not able to make scraps to anyone

I m trying to scrap my frnds n relatives but frm past three days m unable to do tht. My other friends are not having any kind of problem but m unable to make even a single scrap. every time i try to do so i get an error "Posting to this user has been temporarily disabled."

i'll appreciate if u'll look into this matter. i got my window installed too but m helpless. can u plz mail me on my email mentioned above.thanx!
