Failure of e-ticket printout after payment made

I booked today (at about 21.30 hrs from Singapore) 2 II AC berths (e-ticket) by T.No.6506 Gandhidham Exp. ex Bangalore City to Hubli of 07/02.Everything went on fine till payment was made. But no ERS ticket appeared for taking print out. The names of passengers are:

Mr D.Mutalkikdesai 61/M

Mrs Deepali M Desai 54/F.

I checked my bank account and an amount of Rs. 1330/- has been debited to my Act. Pl. help in getting the printout. I am in Singapore from where I have booked the e-ticket.
