E-ticket refund awaited (IRCTC)
Non-receipt of refund of e-tkt

Dear sir,

I booked an e-tkt vide PNR No. 2349123908 dt 25-05 for train no 2416/Intercity Exp from H.Nizamuddin to Indore JN BG in SL class for my son Mr. Himanshu and D-in-law Jyoti Ghasolia.

The train was cancelled due to Gujjar agitation in Rajasthan and did not resume for many days. The passangers have travelled to Indore by alternate mode.

Payment for the tkt was made by me thro my ICICI debit card.

I request you to kindly either arrange to refund the amount of tkt i.e. Rs 946.00 to my a/c in ICICI Bank C P New Delhi in the name of Babulal Ghasolia or advise me how to get the refund of this amount at the earliest.
