I have purchased a Turbo type hand held Vacuum Cleaner in April'08. The flexible pipe got damaged within 6 months and after repeated follow up the person looking after the service in Belpahar, Orissa (India) is not replacing the pipe for which I am ready to pay. The service of Eureca Forbs in Belpahar, Orissa area is very poor and we are not getting proper importance by the agency.
