I bougt a novagold on 23 aug after installation i found water leaking from the machine after repeated complain for thre days mechanic was sent but he said the machine is having some problem, which he is not able to fix it then again i called at the office repeated without any proper answer, finally i went to the khar office wher i was told we will replace your machine and 2day the 29 aug no body has come to pick the machine up i have been calling ten times to alll the given cell and landline no but no proper answer.
i m not able to speak to the authority person AND I M SORRY TO SAY THAT THE COMPANY NAME EUREKA FORBES HAS NO PROPER AFTER SALES SERVICE DEPT WHO CAN HANDLE THE COMPLAIN IMMEDIATELY
I WAS TOLD THAT "UPTIL NOW I WAS BOILING THE WATER AND DRINKING DO THAT FOR ANOTHER WEEK TILL WE REPLACE YOUR MACHINE WHAT AN ANSWER FROM THE COMPANIES SERVICE DEPT.
I WOULD LIKE AN AUTHORITY PERSON TO VISIT YOUR KHAR OFFICE AND SEE THE WAY THE WORK IS CARRIED OUT ONLY CONVINCING AND SELLING IS THE MOTTO OF THE COMPANY THEN I M SORRY TO HAVE BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT.
