We had purchased a eureka forbes aqua gaurd classic and aquagaurd hi-flo. and for the last 4 months they are not working and we have tried to contact the local aqua gaurd technician for the repair but to no avail. he is not responding and whenever we call him he says he will come but he does not come. so i request you to kindly look into this matter and reply me as soon as possible.
