I have prchased a Eureka Forbes Elegant RO, water purifier three months ago. Afetr that the filter failed 3 times. Everytime, it is taking 2 weeks tim to resolve the issue. I have a small child and hence getting this repaired is important for me. Everyday I call the cstomer care number 39883333 and they say "Your problem will be resolved today". This time, I registered a complaint having a comlaint nmber 0055953099 on 3rd november. Today is nov 9th. Nobody came to our house for resolving the issue.
