My Acquaguard Water Purifier is not functioning since dt. 30-08 and a formal complain has been registered with the Franchisee, M/s Mahavir Enterprises, near S.B.I, Titilagarh-767033 vide complain No. 349 but no action taken by the agency. As it is a health oriented product, I have physically persuaded the firm again to attend the complain but to no avail. If this is the service condition, then I have no choice than to shift to other such products, and plenty of them is available at market, now a days.
