Eureka Forbes/Water purifier
Spurious Accessories supplied by company's Mechanic

I have been using eureka forbes' vacuum cleaner and water filter. Recently I asked the company' s sales man to replace the cartridge of filter. He replaced it with loosely packed cartriges saying that the company is supplying that way. The quality of water has become worse than that was before changing the cartridge. He has not given any receipt and has taken away the old

cartridges. Now phone calls are not being taken. I am in Kanpur, UP.

Please help.
