Dear Sir,

I have made a transaction of Rs.199.00 from my icici bank account for recharge of my mobile Aircel - 9768707036. The payment status at the bank is success and the service provider says tehy have no records of the transaction in their database. After 24 hours by now, the mobile is not recharged with. Also it is pertinent to say that the same has happened to me on 24 Apr, for a prepaid mobile recharge on reliance mobile.
