Through ICICI bank, I made a prepaid recharge of RS-100 for my reliance CDMA phone (Mobile-9333421612) on 25th september for west bengal circle. But the balance has not been increased in my mobile balance. Payment Id for that transaction is Payment Id: 0121537314

Please do the needful.
