Not getting the EVDO card

I am a costumer of Nagpur. This is my 4th message. I have applied for the EVDO connection last month but I have not got it yet.

I have received the bill of this month of the Internet usage. I am paying the bil for no reason. So I request you to send me the EVDO card as quickly as possible. If there is any problem send me a mail on
