Not getting the Service

I have purchased a Honda Activa from the Hondas authorised dealer in Trivandrum named "EVM Honda" in April. On behalf of this they have offered me 6 free service from the date of purchase and issued 6 free service coupon for using this facility. I have availed only 5 free service till to date. Recently I went to "EVM Honda Trivandrum Showroom" for getting my final free service (6th service). But they have told me there is no way to accept the final free service. I have asked them what is the reason? So they have told me your final free service date has expired.

I am a business man and I am always in tour for doing my official work. In this busy time I couldn't contact them for availing of my outstanding free service. As a authorised honda delear they have the responsibility to inform the valid customers for informing the service matters time to time. But they are not doing that. In my case they haven't informed me till to date regarding my final free service.

Finally I have paid Rs.1000/- to "EVM honda" for getting my vehicle serviced. I met the "EVM honda" showroom branch manager and made a complaint regarding this matter. But I didn't get any good response from him. Also he have behaved me very badly.

As a valid customer I wanted to complaint and give a detailed report regarding this matter immediately to the concerened authorities
