Not able to attend calls inside home

This inform you my mobile number 9444117961 it was purchased at the time of excel prepaid opening ie

For this past 3 years i am not able to attend calls inside my home, till now the problem is not rectified,

I had complained already in this same complaint register form but no reply,

My area of House is Ullagaram-chennai, Tower is Near to Excel Mahal it shows,

Kindly look into this problem, Rectify the same as early as possible
