Tkt Nos:38649/38653 for Rs.130/= and Tkts NO:95417/95421 for Rs70/=(5*200= Rs1000/=)

I had sent a complaint to your address on 31-12-09 regarding excess amount charged in ordinary bus from Madurai to Chennai. I had mentioned the bus no and tickets nos in my earlier mail..The concerned conductor receieved Rs.200 per head (5 tickets totalling Rs.1000/=)in ordinary bus which was superscribed in front glass. I asked you to refund the excess amount at earliest to my above address.
