I have bought two 2 excide s.f sonic p.b x 1500 batteries dated 24/6/08 from the dealer inverter palace- D-59/83 Sigra -mahmoorganj road, varanasi-221 010.The cash memo no. of the same is 779.The serial no. of the same are 409865 and 421185.The battery is still in the warranty period and warrenty card no. is 013098 and 051626.I am very much disappointed with the performance of the batteries as from the very first day itself it is not giving proper backup. Twice i have complained regarding this from the dealer. In response he just took away the batteries with him and returned it back after 2 days without giving any service battery instead of it. But still after the services it is unable to give a proper backup.it is just giving a backup of nearly an hour, which is not at all sufficient for work, which has now force me to write a complaint against this to you.

Therefore i hope that you would take up my complaint seriously and would help me out in replacing the batteries.
