Subject: Complaint for Not changing the Battary under warrenty.
Respected Sir,
We purchased one excide Max EM 32R battery from M/s AVR Batteries, 14/35, 100 Feet Road, Karaikudi-630001 Sivagangai Dist. Tamilnadu. They are the authorised dealer of Excide batteries.
We are the Exide customer for the past 7 years and using in all our car/ carrier etc and we are the dealer for M/s. Numeric UPS and selling lot of Exide SMF batteries.

Purchased Date=30/04
We compliant to M/s AVR Batteries about our battery problem. They inspected and found the battery was problem on 3/1/09.
We bought the new battery on buy back of our old Excide battery. It was purchased for our Maruthi Omni and our Driver has misplaced the Warranty card but we have the original purchase bill with batt. sl. no. We have showned the original Bill and Your dealer tested the sl. no of our battery and the billed one and accepted the deffective battery and they given a stand by one.
At this juncture, today we called your dealer for replacement, they said they will give replacement only against the warranty card. Also when we called your representative Mr. Damodaran madurai on his mobile, he is not even listening our complaint and his behaviour was very bad. While we talking he simply disconnect the call and iltreate us.
We herewith request you to take care of our complaint and arrange for speedy replacement.
Matter most urgent and your speedy action highly solicitated.
