Attery not working properly in the guarantee period

Dear Sir,

This is to remind you again that i have complained regarding your excide batteries. The problem in the battery was that it was unable to give a proper backup after the regular services also. A week is about to get over since i have filed a complained but still i have not got any response from your side. I have also complained regarding this in the company also but still i have not got any reply from there side.

The details of the batteries are mentioned below:-

The battery type is EXCIDE S.F SONIC PBX 1500.

The name of the dealer is INVERTER PALACE-D-59/83 SIGRA-MAHMOORGANJ ROAD, VARANASI-221010.

The cash memo no. 779.

DATE-24/06/08

SR.NO. 409865-5E8 AND 421185-7E8

WARRANTY CARD NO. 013098 AND 051626.
